Tri-North Builders constructs new Valvoline Instant Oil Change in North Topeka

TOPEKA, Kan. (WIBW) - Tri-North Builders is constructing a new Valvoline Instant Oil Change in North Topeka, Kan.

13 NEWS was on the scene of a construction site across from Dillons on NW 25th and NW Rochester Rd. in Topeka.

A construction worker with Tri-North Builders told 13 NEWS that a Valvoline Instant Oil Change was being built. The construction worker said the location will include three bays for oil changes.

The Valvoline location is expected to be finished in September.
