The incident happened around 12:15 p.m. at Goddard High School near Pawnee and 199th Street West.
Principal Doug Bridwell said two people, one of whom is a former student, were dropped off that the high school and entered the main office. While visiting with the two individuals, administration officials and school police determined one of them was concealing a loaded gun.
The two people were stopped in the main office and did not have any contact with students, Bridwell said. The person concealing the gun has been arrested. It’s unclear whether the second person is in custody.
