Drug Bust Leads To Three Arrests In Riley Co.

MANHATTAN, Kan. (WIBW) - Three people were arrested after investigators search two Riley Co. homes on Wednesday, according to the Riley Co. Police Dept. (RCPD) Amanda Bluthardt, Terrance Estes, and Christopher Russo, are all being held on drug-related charges, they said.

Investigating drug activity in the area, RCPD detectives, along with agents from the Dept. of Correctns State Parole Office first searched a home in Ogden, 230 N Walnut, where they arrested Bluthardt, 34, and Estes, 48.

They were then led to a home in Manhattan, 6030 Tuttle Terrace #30, where police say they found drugs and drug paraphernalia and arrested 46 year-old Christopher Russo.

Riley Co. Police said the searches yielded methamphetamine, marijuana, and drug paraphernalia as well as around $3,000 in cash.

Estes was charged with sale or distribution of stimulants, possession of paraphernalia used to grow or distribute marijuana, and unlawfule possession of a hallucinogen. He is being held on $20,000 bond.

Bluthardt was charged with possessing opiates, opium, or narcotic drugs and possession of paraphernalia used to grow or distribute marijuana and is being held on $15,000 bond.

Russo was arrested for possession of opiates, opium, or narcotic drugs, unlawful possession of a hallucinogen, and possession of paraphernalia to enter drugs in to the human body. He is being held in lieu of $10,000 bond.
