WICHITA, Kan. (KWCH) -- The Kansas City Chiefs are playing for the AFC Championship in Arrowhead Sunday against the New England Patriots. Here's a look into how much fans can expect to pay if they plan to watch the game in person.
Available tickets go on sale through TicketMaster Monday morning at 9:00 a.m. Resale tickets are already available through several ticket sites starting at $280. Some of the most expensive tickets a week before the game swell beyond $1,500.
Fans attending the game should also be prepared to spend at least $50 for parking. According to Chiefs.com, fans will pay a $60 fee at the gate if they do not pre-purchase parking passes. More info can be found by clicking here.
According to AAA Kansas, people traveling from Wichita to Kansas City for the game can expect to pay anywhere from $75 to $85 for fuel roundtrip.
Additionally, tolls will add $10 more to the total.
Popular booking site Hotels.com lists several Kansas City-area rooms for $100 to $150 a night, but the website says rooms around town are selling fast. Hotel costs will also vary depending on ratings, location, and area-availability.
