(WIBW) - One of Kansas State's all-time greats went undrafted in the 2019 NBA Draft on Thursday night. But he'll get a chance to prove himself this summer.
According to The Athletic's Michael Scotto, former Wildcat guard Barry Brown will be playing in the NBA's Summer League for the Minnesota Timberwolves. Brown himself has retweeted the news a few times as well.
The guard is K-State's all-time leader in games played. He's known as an elite defender, winning Big 12 Defensive Player of the Year last season and leaving the school as its all-time steals leader.
Brown also finished his career in fifth on the Wildcats' all-time scoring list. For his senior season, he was named All-Big 12 First Team after averaging 15 points, three assists and shooting 43% from the field.
