No. 6 Kansas survives aggressive Longhorns, defeats Texas 66-57

AUSTIN, Texas (WIBW) - With under 5 minutes remaining, Texas tied up the scoreboard 54-54 at home against No. 6 Kansas. From that point forward, KU outscored the Longhorns by 9 to seal the 66-57 win.

Devon Dotson led the way in his first game back. He put up 21 points, 13 of which came in the second half. Udoka Azubuike and Marcus Garrett combined for 30 points.

After back-to-back conference wins, Kansas is now 14-3 overall and 4-1 in Big 12 play.

Kansas returns home to play Kansas State, who just upset No. 12 West Virginia, in the Sunflower Showdown. KU has won the past 13 home match-ups against the Wildcats.
