KANSAS CITY, Mo. (AP) -- The Kansas City Chiefs released their final injury report before Sunday's playoff-deciding matchup with the Seattle Seahawks.

Wide receiver Sammy Watkins is officially ruled out, while running back Spencer Ware remains doubtful.

Cornerback Kendall Fuller, who underwent hand surgery earlier this week, is listed as questionable.

Offensive linemen Mitchell Schwartz and Cam Erving were both listed as full participants in Friday's practice and are expected to play, as well as safety Eric Berry, wide receiver Tyreek Hill and defensive tackle Derrick Nnadi.

As for the Chiefs' opponent, the Seahawks could be without both starting safeties and two starters on their offensive line for Sunday night's matchup.

Free safety Tedric Thompson was officially ruled out with chest and ankle injuries, and strong safety Bradley McDougald is questionable to play because of patella tendinitis. Right guard D.J. Fluker and right tackle Germain Ifedi are questionable with hamstring and groin injuries, respectively.
