Valentine Angel Dessert


1 package (16 oz.) Angel Food cake mix
1 package (8 oz.) soy cream cheese, softened
½ cup powdered sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 cups whipped whipping cream
2 cups sliced strawberries


Bake cake according to package directions in angel food pan. Let cake cool completely. Cut cake horizontally into 3 layers. Place bottom layer on serving plate. Combine soy cream cheese, powdered sugar and vanilla; until creamy. Fold in whipped cream. Spread 1/3 of creamed mixture over cake layer; top with strawberries. Repeat with second cake layer. Top with last cake layer and creamed mixture. Garnish with whole strawberries. Refrigerate one hour before serving. Serves 10 to 12.
