Charlene Patton's Rustic Oatmeal Rolls


¾ cups soymilk
¾ cups water
3 cups bread flour
1/3 cup soy flour
1/3 cup oatmeal
3 tablespoons sugar
1½ tablespoons margarine
1½ teaspoons salt
1½ teaspoons dry yeast


Add ingredients in order listed to bread machine. Set to dough setting. Divide prepared dough into four pieces; shape into rounds and place in greased 10 ounce baking dishes or on greased baking sheet. Let rest about 20 minutes. Bake 15 to 20 minutes in 375 o oven or until done. Makes 4 rustic rolls
