Charlene Patton's Apricots Stuffed w/ Creamy Cheese


2 ounces soy cream cheese
½ cup crumbled blue cheese
24 dried apricots
2 tablespoons chopped pecans
2 tablespoons dried cranberries


Combine in small bowl soy cream cheese and blue cheese. Put 2 teaspoons cheese mixture on apricot half and top with pecans or cranberries. Refrigerate until ready to serve. Makes 24 appetizers.
