Chef Alli’s Tortellini and Kielbasa Skillet


1 clove garlic, minced
1-2 tsp. extra virgin olive oil
1 lb. fully cooked kielbasa or fully cooked turkey kielbasa, sliced
1/2 tsp. Creole seasoning (or to taste)
1 cup chicken broth
2 cups whipping cream (add more if you want it creamier!)
3 cups frozen three-cheese tortellini, cooked according to package directions
1 cup frozen peas


In a large sauté pan, over medium heat, sauté minced garlic in olive oil until softened, just 1-2 minutes. Stir in Creole seasoning and sliced kielbasa and toss to combine. Whisk in chicken broth and whipping cream; add cooked tortellini and gently fold together to combine. Simmer gently until cream thickens and tortellini is warmed throughout. Serve at once!
