The Seaman School District hosted their annual "Body Venture Day" at Elmont Elementary on Wednesday.

It allowed students to experience what it's like inside the human body through games and educational activities. The students also learned about eating healthy and knowing which foods are best to eat.

"If we start young than we can raise healthier adults," Physical Education Teacher at North Fairview Elementary, Kelly Guindon said. "The more they know the significance of heart healthy foods, being active and what it does to our body specifically, the better we will hopefully be as we get older."

The district plans to continue this activity for the next few years.
