Topeka man sentenced for selling stolen guns to a federal agent

TOPEKA, Kan. (WIBW)-- A Topeka man who sold guns to an undercover federal agent has been sentenced for his crime.

Jeremy Paulsen, 32, was sentenced Monday to two years in federal prison. After serving his sentence Paulsen will spend three years on supervised released.

He pleaded guilty to one count of of possessing stolen firearms.

In his plea, Paulsen admitted selling three firearms to an agent working uncover with Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives.

The firearms were reported stolen in a residential burglary.
