TOPEKA, Kan. (WIBW) - Two weeks and a remodeled kitchen later, a Topeka Italian restaurant is back open for business.
Paisano's in Fleming Place, near 10th and Gage, closed July 24th for some remodeling. The restaurant put in an all new kitchen, which includes new floors and other essentials.
They also spruced up the dining room, bar and patio.
The general manager says the remodeling was much needed, and they can now plan for the restaurant's future.
"Our main thing is the new kitchen which is really exciting and put a lot of effort into that," said Mindy Hinton. "And looking forward to getting some new menu items that we're working on, new specials, and having a great fall and getting ready for Christmas season."
Paisano's is open from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. Monday thru Thursday and 10 a.m. to 11 p.m. Friday and Saturday.
