TOPEKA, Kan. (WIBW) -- The Topeka Police Dept. released the name of the man shot near Washburn University over the weekend.
Keyton Hill was reportedly taken to a local hospital with life-threatening injuries and remains there in stable condition, a TPD spokesperson said.
On Saturday, officers responded around 11 p.m. to the 1500 block of 16th Street where they found the 22-year-old Hill outside a home, suffering from gunshot wounds.
At the time, investigators said they were looking for three men in a small, dark-colored sedan that fled from the area, heading north at a high rate of speed.
No arrests have been made in connection with the shooting. Police say their investigation remains ongoing.
