Two men are in custody after fleeing from police on Thursday night.

Just before 8 p.m., Topeka Police say they noticed two men who they recognized as persons of interest in a recent business burglary near 13th & SW Western.

When the men were approached, they fled on foot.

They were quickly apprehended.

Officials identified the two as Jihad Keys, 19, and Larry Huggins III, 18.

Keys was booked on an outstanding felony warrant and felony obstruction.

Huggins III was booked for being a felon in possession of a firearm and felony obstruction.

Topeka police say the two were persons of interest in an overnight burglary to Integrity Gun and Pawn on August 26, 2018.
