TOPEKA, Kan. (WIBW)- The students at Quincy Elementary got a special visit from the “Weather Machine” Thursday.

The latest book shares lessons and tornado facts as Freddy and his storm chaser friend Tad Polar spot and track a tornado headed straight for Lilypad.
