The Topeka Area Continuity of Care held their semi-annual senior health fair at the Fairlawn Plaza Mall on Wednesday. A variety of local businesses and non-profits were there to discuss senior living, home health, retirement, and more.

It was a one stop-shop for everyone to receive free pamphlets on hospice, skilled nursing, assisted living and free flu shots were given.

"It's not always easy for them to get out and know all these things," Vice President of TACC, Linda Clements said. "So ,we try to come together twice a year and have it in one spot where they can get it all this information. You can't beat it, our seniors need our help and we need to provide it for them."

Forty-one vendors were in attendance and the TACC plans to continue adding valuable resources for seniors in the spring.
