Second video surfaces of Topeka teens assaulting girl

TOPEKA, Kan. (WIBW) -- A second video has surfaced of Topeka teens assaulting another young girl.

The video, which was taken about a month ago, was posted by the girl's mother on Facebook Saturday morning. She believes a group of girls is luring children to the library and attacking them.

She says she posted the video in an effort to spread awareness after she saw a video posted on Thursday of a 14-year-old girl being attacked.

The Topeka Police Department said in a statement that a police report has been filed and they are conducting an investigation into the incident and are working to speak with victims.

The public can report information to 785-368-9551 or telltpd@topeka.org. Anonymous tips can be made to Shawnee County Crime Stoppers by calling 785-234-0007.
