NORTHEAST KANSAS (WIBW) -- As Monday's storms spill over into a rain-drenched Tuesday, water levels at northeast Kansas' lakes and rivers keep rising.

From Emporia to Manhattan to Lake Perry, flooding is causing evacuations, closing roads and businesses, and delaying high school sports tournaments.

The 13 NEWS team went far and wide to see how high waters are affecting northeast Kansas. Here's a look at what they saw.
