(WIBW) -- Kansas City Chiefs wide receiver Tyreek Hill is expected to meet with NFL investigators in Kansas City on Wednesday in regards to the child abuse and neglect allegations, according to multiple reports.

NFL Commissioner Roger Goodell said in May the league would wait for the conclusion of Johnson County law enforcement investigations before reviewing his case for a possible suspension under the NFL's personal conduct policy.

On June 7, the Johnson County District Attorney's Office announced the criminal investigation into Hill is no longer active. His case with the Kansas Department for Children and Families is still ongoing.

Hill is still banned from team activities, an action stemming from the April 26 release of audio of he and his fiancee talking about their son's injuries.

It was reported earlier this month, however, that Hill could rejoin the Chiefs before training camp begins.
