MANHATTAN, Kan. (WIBW) - The Manhattan Area Chamber of Commerce hosted its annual fall seminar Thursday at the KSU Alumni Center with guest speaker, Rhett Laubach
The morning session of the seminar focused on the topic of ‘Remarkable Customer Service’ and what it means to provide remarkable service.
Laubach says he uses the term ‘remarkable’ to describe customer service goals, because you want to provide service to your customers that will cause them to remark on it.
The afternoon session continued with an interactive discussion of time management techniques to help ‘create masterpiece days.’
“To-do lists…how are you managing those? ...all the way to higher level time management techniques like, what’s your private time like? …do you intentionally spend time just by yourself thinking about the day?” professional speaker, Rhett Laubach says.
