TOPEKA, Kan. (WIBW) -- A Lawrence man who was already convicted of a child sex crime is now heading to prison for ten years after being convicted on another one, the U.S. Attorney's Office announced.

Benjamin Grace was sentenced Tuesday after pleading guilty to possessing child pornography, federal prosecutors say.

In his plea, the 32-year-old Grace admitted being identified as part of an FBI investigation into a online service that created and distributed child pornography. After FBI agents searched his Lawrence home, they interviewed him at his workplace in Overland Park.

The U.S. Attorney's Office says he admitted to investigators that he had viewed pornography that included children as young as five years old.

Grace was already listed on the KBI web site because of a 2008 felony conviction for electronic solicitation of a child.
