Flying gun found stuck in Washington driver's bumper

When a driver saw a small, "black object" hurtling toward his car, he had no idea what it was.

When the "object" ended up striking his car, he apparently didn't know it got stuck.

But, when the driver, who kept going for 18 more miles down I-5 in Washington state, finally stopped, he was definitely in for a surprise.

A tweet from a Washington state trooper showed exactly what the unidentified man found - a gun sticking out of the front of his car.

The barrel of the pistol punched through the bumper, right beneath the headlight, leaving just the handle and trigger sticking out -- as if it were holstered in the Honda.

Naturally, the man contacted state police, who recovered the gun and turned it over to the Lakewood (Washington) police dept.
