(WIBW) -- According to KCTV5, a battery investigation is underway involving a juvenile at the home of Kansas City Chiefs wide receiver Tyreek Hill.

The station reported Overland Park police were called Thursday afternoon for what the police report calls juvenile battery.

Hill's name is not listed on that report; only that of his fiance, Crystal Espinal is. The juvenile is believed to be the couple's son.

However, Hill's name is listed on a previous report dated March 5 in which police were called to the same home for suspected child abuse/neglect.

According to Overland Park Police, the original report was closed three days later when prosecution was declined.

The Kansas City Chiefs said in a statement to KCTV5 that the organization is aware of the investigation:

“The club is aware of the investigation involving Tyreek Hill. We are in the process of gathering information and have been in contact with the league and local authorities. We will have no further comment at this time.”

Espinal, the woman at the center of the investigation, is now engaged to Hill. Her name is listed on both police reports.

She is also the woman involved in Hill's 2014 domestic assault and battery charges while the receiver was at Oklahoma State University. Hill's sentence for three years was later deferred by a judge and all charges were dismissed and expunged.

According to the Kansas City Star, Espinal is also pregnant with twins.

Hill is expected to sign a contract extension with the Chiefs this offseason that could make him one of the highest paid receivers in the NFL.
