Soy Butter Snack Balls

1¼ cups quick cooking oats

1 cup soynut butter

1/3 cup honey

½ cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

½ cup flaxseed

½ teaspoon vanilla

½ teaspoon cinnamon

Combine all ingredients in a large bowl; stir until evenly mixed. Chill mixture about 30 minutes then form into balls. Refrigerate until serving. Makes 2 dozen.
