TOPEKA (WIBW)-- The Easterseals Capper Foundation received a helping hand from some Westar volunteers.

A group of five volunteers rolled up their sleeves to paint the coffee shop in the adult day services area at Capper's Topeka facility.

Marketing Manager of the Capper Foundation Nikki Martinek says community support help to keep their organization afloat.

Westar also presented Capper with a $6,000 check and donated two Apple Ipods for therapy sessions.
