Bacon Cheddar Drop Biscuits!


1 cup soy flour blend
1 ½ teaspoons baking powder
½ teaspoon salt
½ cup grated Cheddar cheese
2 tablespoons chopped cooked bacon
½ cup margarine, melted
½ cup soy sour cream

1. Combine soy flour blend, baking powder and salt in medium mixing bowl.
2. Stir in cheese and bacon.
3. Add melted margarine and soy sour cream and stir just until blended.
4. Drop dough by tablespoon on ungreased baking sheet. Bake at 400 degrees for 12-14 minutes or until golden brown. Makes 1 dozen.
