Robbery suspect located by Emporia Police

EMPORIA, Kan. (WIBW) The Emporia Police Department found the man they say is connected to three recent armed robberies. 

The Dept. says Daniel McClead, 22, was taken into custody around 2:30 p.m.

Sgt. Lisa Sage said the Emporia man was wanted in connection to the June 5th and June 9th robberies to the Caseys, 126 S. Commercial, and the June 9th robbery to the Angelina's Fashion Store, 328 Commercial. 

Emporia Police say they also arrested Gustavo Perez-Garcia, 36, of Emporia, on Monday in connection to the robberies. He was booked into the Lyon County Detention Center on a charge of Aggravated Robbery.
