TOPEKA, Kan. (WIBW) - If all the cold temperatures and recent winter storms got you down, maybe a trip to the Kansas Expocentre this weekend will lift your spirits!
Doors opened at the 44th annual Garden Show this weekend. The show is open until 7 p.m. Friday, From 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. Saturday and 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. Sunday.
Tickets cost $8 and kids 12 and under get in free.
Organizers say there are more than 100 exhibits to get you ready for spring.
"It includes a lot of education and you can see and talk to experts that you wouldn't have access to other times of the year easily," said Leland Heifner, the Garden Show Promoter. "That's a great thing. We have seminars running all three days."
Those seminars include how to care for urban wildlife and getting the best out of your veggie garden.
