TOPEKA, Kan. (WIBW) - Folks got their St. Patrick's Day celebration going early Saturday morning all for a good cause at the annual Blarney Breakfast.

More than 450 people stopped in at the Blind Tiger Brewery and Restaurant in Topeka for a hearty breakfast, Topeka Police bagpipers, kids' activities and more to support individuals with disabilities and their families.

The event is put on by the Easterseals Capper Foundation which works to help individuals with disabilities build the skills and access the resources they need to live, learn, work and play.

"All the funds go back to Capper here to support the services and supports that we provide for people with disabilities.” Sandy Crawford with the foundation said.

This is the 22nd year of the event.
