16-year-old dies after accidental shooting in Topeka

TOPEKA, Kan. (WIBW) - A 16-year-old who showed up at Stormont-Vail on Wednesday with accidental gunshot wounds has died of his injuries.

According to Topeka Police, 16-year-old Angel Quinones arrived at the Stormont-Vail emergency room around 10:15 p.m. by private car. Officers say Quinones was in critical condition, suffering from a life-threatening gunshot injury. They say the shooting was an accident and no one else was involved.
