TOPEKA, Kan. You'll soon see new designs on wayfinding signs around the Capital City.
Starting this fall, a contractor will install 141 signs in 75 general locations.14 of the signs will direct you to parking lots and garages.
Project Engineer Keith Duncan says these signs mesh better with the city's established look.
"The color scheme and the swooshes across the top, which would also include yellow, green, and red, are all part of the City's branding that’s been adopted for the past several years,” Duncan said.
The project costs $970,000. It is paid through General Obligation Bonds.
