WIBW-TV's Ralph Hipp helps us complete our video scrapbook of some of the stories that have kept 13 News in the lead these past 65 years. After arriving in Topeka from Springfield, Missouri, WIBW-TV gave him the chances early on to cover the centennial of President Eisenhower's birthday.

In this recollection of memories done from his Red Couch set, Ralph talks about his trips to cover President Richard Nixon's visit to Wichita in the last two years of his life.. and President Bill Clinton's journey to North Carolina to promote health care during the first two years of his time in office. Autographed books included, as you'll see.
