After four decades in the newspaper business, I am now a part of the 13 NEWS team and am very excited to be here.
My days start long before sunrise as I am up and at 'em, looking for stories we can share with our viewers on 13 NEWS This Morning.

Over the years, I have been blessed to get to know many wonderful people in our Topeka community from all walks of life, and have been privileged to share many of their stories.
I have covered all kinds of news stories through the years, as well as feature stories, sports stories and religion stories. I also have been a photographer for many years, taking pictures and videos for my stories.
I look forward to continue bringing news that is important and informative to our viewers and invite you to contact me any time with story ideas.
It is a real privilege to be working with so many talented, dedicated people at WIBW-TV. We have some real pros here and I am soaking up the many things they are teaching me about television news.
