Multimedia Journalist
Topeka, Kan.

I’m a proud native of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania and I am thrilled to be starting my broadcast career in the gorgeous city of Topeka.

The news bug bit me in third grade when I needed to write an essay on the job I thought would best benefit my city, state and country--how does journalism not fit that description?

Fast forward to May 2019 when I graduated Magna Cum Laude with a B.A. in Journalism and minors in Political Science and Creative Writing from Hofstra University in Hempstead, New York the feeling….invigorating.

At Hofstra I immediately joined WRHU, the three time Marconi Award Winning Radio Station and number one ranked Princeton Review College Radio Station. I worked up the ranks to serve as News Director in my final year, overhauling our training guidelines for the Associated Press Award Winning Program, Newsline. My proudest accomplishment was anchoring over four hours of “Hofstra Votes Live”, our award-winning 2018 Midterm Election Coverage, all while managing my own staff. In college I interned for MSNBC’s Morning Joe in production, Editorial for Anton Media Group, on the Assignment Desk at ABC7NY, and in video editing for New York 1, where I later worked freelance during senior year. My most recent stop is at Fox News Radio as a Production Assistant.

When I’m not in the newsroom, you can find me scrapbooking my memories (albeit, I’m not the most artistic) and jamming out to my favorite throwbacks in my car and as expected, boasting Philly pride whenever I can.

Kansas has given me a warm, windy, snowy welcome so far and that’s just been in my first few weeks! I am ecstatic to get to tell your stories so please don’t hesitate to send me a news tip.
