Fiber Optic line install to cause lane reduction for portion of SW Wanamaker Rd. in Topeka

TOPEKA, Kan. (WIBW) - A Fiber Optic line install will cause a lane reduction for a portion of SW Wanamaker Rd. in Topeka, Kan.

According to the City of Topeka officials, starting on Wednesday, June 19, SpliceCo. Inc. will begin to install an overhead Fiber Optic line along SW Wanamaker Rd. between SW 37th St. to SW 29th St.

City of Topeka said traffic will have access in all directions with a mobile single-lane closure for northbound traffic.

Work will be completed by Friday, June 21, weather permitting.
