TOPEKA, Kan. (WIBW) - Crews removed the ‘Black Lives Matter’ mural in the Veteran’s Park parking lot Wednesday.

The Shawnee County Commission passed a resolution earlier this month prohibiting unattended signs on county property. The order’s definition of a sign includes paintings, like the one in Veteran’s Park.
