Sixteen year old Tucker Owings was out this weekend doing one of his favorite things in life, fishing. He and some friends were on Lake Athens near Tyler, Texas when a storm blew up.
Tucker says they started feeling something like static in their rods and they headed for home. Before they could get off the water, lightning hit just a few yards in front of the bow of the boat. Tucker's GoPro camera was rolling at the time.
He has since posted the video to his Facebook page and is pretty thrilled with the number of "likes" he is getting.
He calls himself one of the youngest professionals in the fishing industry.
