* AT 3:00 PM MONDAY THE STAGE WAS 9.9 FEET.
* FLOOD STAGE IS 9.0 FEET.
* MINOR FLOODING IS OCCURRING AND MODERATE FLOODING IS FORECAST.
* FORECAST...THE RIVER WILL RISE TO 10.2 FEET AND THEN BEGIN TO
FALL TO BELOW FLOOD STAGE BY LATE THIS EVENING.
* AT 10.0 FEET...FLOODING WILL THREATEN RESIDENCES ALONG FREMONT AND
GRACELAND AVENUE, EAST LINCOLN ST, AND BROOKSIDE DRIVE. OTHER ROADS
COULD ALSO BE INUNDATED NEAR EAST SANDUSKY STREET AND SOUTH
