MORNING LOWS WERE GENERALLY IN THE UPPER 20S AND 30S...ALTHOUGH NORTH WINDS OF 5 TO 15 MPH PRODUCED WIND CHILL READINGS IN THE TEENS. BY LATE MORNING...A FEW CLOUDS WERE SPREADING INTO SOUTHEAST KANSAS WHILE CLEAR CONDITIONS CONTINUED TO THE NORTH. TEMPERATURES AT 11 AM RANGED FROM 35 AT CONCORDIA AND SALINA...TO 49 AT COFFEYVILLE.
