Severe Weather Threat Ends

The severe weather threat has ended for Northeast Kansas. There will continue to be a chance of a few scattered showers & thunderstorms on Thursday but no severe weather is expected.

There was one tornado reported in Kansas today, here is the official report from the Storm Prediction Center.

CHAUTAUQUA COUNTY:
STORM CHASER REPORTED A BRIEF ROPE TORNADO 5 MILES SOUTHWEST OF ELK CITY WHILE TRAVELING ON SADDLE ROAD.
