October had near average temperatures in Topeka with above average precipitation. Averge high temperature was 14° warmer for the 1st half compared to the 2nd half.
If you compare 2013 to October 2012 temperatures were very similar even though average highs were about 68 for both the 1st and 2nd half of the month. Last year Topeka only received 1.42" of rain putting the month 1.61" below average.
