WASHINGTON...OSAGE...CRAIG...NOWATA...PITTSBURG...SEQUOYAH...
MCINTOSH...MUSKOGEE...LATIMER AND HASKELL. IN ARKANSAS...
WASHINGTON...MADISON...CRAWFORD...BENTON AND CARROLL.

HAZARDOUS WEATHER...
* WINTRY PRECIPITATION IS EXPECTED TO DEVELOP THURSDAY MORNING
AND OVERSPREAD EASTERN OKLAHOMA AND NORTHWEST ARKANSAS DURING
THE DAYTIME HOURS. AFTER A SEVERAL HOUR BREAK IN THE
ACCUMULATING PRECIPITATION...A SECOND BATCH WILL AFFECT THE
REGION LATE THURSDAY NIGHT AND INTO FRIDAY.

* LOCATIONS ALONG AND NORTHWEST OF THE INTERSTATE 44 CORRIDOR
WILL LIKELY SEE SNOW AND SLEET...WITH FAR SOUTHEAST OKLAHOMA
AND WEST CENTRAL ARKANSAS SEEING MOSTLY FREEZING RAIN...WITH
PERHAPS A TRANSITION TO SOME SLEET BY FRIDAY AFTERNOON.
LOCATIONS IN EAST CENTRAL OKLAHOMA AND NORTHWEST ARKANSAS WILL
SEE ALL PRECIPITATION TYPES...TRANSITIONING FROM A PROLONGED
PERIOD OF FREEZING RAIN AND SLEET TO EVENTUALLY SNOW.

* 4 INCHES OR MORE OF SNOW AND SLEET ACCUMULATION AND LESS THAN A
QUARTER INCH OF ICE ACCUMULATION IS EXPECTED FROM THURSDAY
MORNING THROUGH FRIDAY AFTERNOON.
