TOPEKA, Kan. (WIBW) - People have one last chance to eat a good meal while helping those affected by the tornado in Harveyville.
Tornado Tuesdays makes its final run Tuesday, June 19, at the Lazy Toad at Fairlawn Plaza in Topeka. The restaurant will donate 10 percent of food sales Tuesday to support rebuilding efforts in Harveyville.
A tornado destroyed 40 percent of the community February 28th.
Tornado Tuesdays are coordinated by the United Way of Greater Topeka.
