Regarding Rain Saturday

I do believe the possibility is there for some of our areas to see some rainfall on saturday, as some models are showing this. However, there isn't a lot of agreement on how much and who exactly might see it. I would expect the locations further west to see greater chances, I.E. North Central and Central Kansas. Cities to watch: JC, Manhattan, Salina, Concordia.
Right now, It looks to be very isolated at best... See below>

Regarding Mid-Week Rain

Again, we are a ways out, however, I believe mid-week next week to be the better chance of rain. Some places in NE Kansas could see pretty good amounts, given good model agreement at this time. Most likely time frames: Wednesday afternoon to Thursday afternoon. Areas most likely affected: NE Kansas and North Central Kansas. Including JC, Manhattan, Topeka, Emporia, Concordia....
