* AT 750 AM CDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED VERY HEAVY RAIN CONTINUES TO FALL ACROSS CENTRAL AND SOUTHERN FRANKLIN COUNTY. DOPPLER RADAR INDICATES RAINFALL RATES OF ONE INCH PER HOUR AND THIS WILL LEAD TO THE POTENTIAL FOR EXCESSIVE RUNOFF.
