Thursday May 24, 2007

During the past 24 hours There was an area of heavy precipitation
from Dodge City, Kansas north eastward through Des Moines Iowa.
In this area there were a large number of reports in excess of
3 inches; with a report of 7.25 inches at Ellswork Kansas.
Heavy rain was widespread, with a large number of stations
reporting more than 2 inches of rain. Those reports include the
following sations:
