1. Winners of TEXT WIBW Giveaway offer will be contacted on their cell phones. Winner must be 18 years of age to claim prize.
2. No employees, direct family members, or associated members of WIBW Channels, and / or participating Sponsor shall claim prize.
3. Prize can be picked up at our station, WIBW-TV, 631 SW Commerce Place, Topeka, KS, 66615 or other arrangements may be made by contacting WIBW-TV.
4. Prizes are the responsibility of participating sponsor to honor for winner. Any and all inquiries regarding the prizes shall be turned to sponsor business.
5. WIBW-TV reserves the right to tape promotional material of TEXT WIBW winners upon the acceptance of the giveaway offer.
6. Standard Text Rates apply to all text messages.
