Silents in the Cathedral presents "The Bat"

The Topeka & Shawnee County Public Library presents "The Bat" (1926), at Grace Episcopal Cathedral. Directed by Roland West and starring Louise Fazenda and Jack Pickford, this silent film combines drama, comedy and the intrigue of a murder mystery. Sensational music by Dr. Marvin Faulwell playing the Cathedral organ with Bob Keckeisen on percussion. introductions by film historian Denise Morrison. Audiences are encouraged to come in costume.
